Our response to Planning for the Future – the Government’s consultation on proposals for reform of the planning system in England – are set in this document.
The rationale behind the proposals are included in our response, but we would be happy to discuss how our proposals will enhance the planning reforms discussed in Planning for the Future. Our key theme is that planning reforms should enable community led housing because this will deliver many of the outcomes outlined in Planning for the Future.
