CCH Member Forum – September 2026![]()
Our next CCH Member Forum takes place online on Wednesday 9 September, from 2pm to 4pm, giving members an opportunity to hear the latest updates on key housing policy and regulatory developments. ![]()
Applicable to Registered Providers in England, but some topics will eventually apply to Non Registered Providers and to Scotland.![]()
The forum will cover a range of important issues including the Economics Standard consultation, Awaab’s Law Phase 2, Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) and Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs). There will also be an introduction to CCH’s new Property Inspection Service, presented by Delores Clarke.![]()
The session will provide a useful opportunity for members and managers to stay informed, understand what the latest changes mean for their organisations and take part in discussion with colleagues across the co-operative housing sector.![]()
