This Member Forum provides a practical legal update on Awaab’s Law, led by housing litigation partner Helen Tucker from our partner solicitors, Anthony Collins.
Covering enforcement cases to date, the session will explore key lessons from Phase 1, common compliance challenges, and what housing providers can expect from Phase 2.
David Alcock will then introduce the wider team at Anthony Collins and outline their expertise across governance, housing management, and regulatory issues, highlighting how integrated legal support can help co-operatives navigate an evolving compliance landscape.
