CCH Member Forum – Stronger Homes, Smarter Planning: CCH Building Services and how we can help your co-operative

Join us for this Member Forum where Jay and Michaela from CCH Building Services will talk about the work they have been doing with our Member co-operatives, and the need for you to have accurate, up-to-date information/data about your tenant-member’s homes.
It will provide an overview of our specialised building support, and you will learn how these services can help improve your co-operative’s property standards, manage long-term maintenance, identify current issues, anticipate future ones, help plan and budget accordingly, and ensure compliance with evolving housing regulations.
What to expect:
- Introduction to CCH Building Services
- Insights into stock condition surveys and property assessments
- Guidance on long-term maintenance and preventative planning
- Information on Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and energy efficiency improvements
- Information on asset management, financial planning, and property valuation
CCH Building Services has been developed to help our CCH Member housing co-operatives understand their property needs, plan effectively for the future, and maintain high-quality homes for residents. Our service provides practical support including stock condition surveys, energy efficiency assessments, long-term maintenance planning, and financial analysis for housing assets.
