CCH Member Forum for Non Registered Providers – Renters Rights Act

Calling all CCH members who are NOT registered providers!
The Forum will look at the Renters Rights Act and what the legislation means for your co-operative. We will look at:
- What the Act is trying to do
- How it applies to your housing co-op
- Security of tenure changes
- Changes to rent increases and notice requirements
- Property standards and compliance
- Tenant rights and complaints
- Governance implications
We are happy to open up the Forum to other issues that you, as non registered providers, may be currently coming up against. You are welcome to bring them up during the session, but if you could let us know in advance of anything else that you might wish to discuss, please email [email protected].
We will be holding regular Non-Registered Provider Member Forums to explore the issues that non-RP co-ops may be facing, and to provide a space for discussion with us and with other co-operatives in similar situations.
