The CCH works in partnership with Tenants’ and Residents’ Organisations of England (taroe), National Federation of Tenant Management Organisations (nftmo), Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) to fly the flag for tenants. We are collectively known as the National Tenant Organisations.

The NTOs’ current main project is the Tenants Leading Change programme. This is a project about exploring whether, and how, involving tenants in decision-making leads to change.
