Co-op Housing in Partnership (CHiP) is looking for:
Co-op Housing Manager
3 days per week
£18,800 pro rata.
Finance Worker
3 days per week
£14,500 pro rata.
Permanent jobs, intent to expand, + 7% pension.
CHiP is a new housing services provider for Co-ops, set up, and managed by, co-op tenants themselves.
We're looking for two exceptional people, with a commitment to tenant involvement in housing, who want to live in the North East. You will have an opportunity to be in at the start of an exciting social enterprise, which already has 4 co-ops on board.
