Brent Community Housing Ltd is a market leader in providing affordable temporary and permanent accommodation in North London for 400 tenants. As a housing co-operative we are committed to real tenant empowerment and control.
We are looking for a new Director to work closely with our Management Committee to help us build on our firm foundations to continue to develop and increase our stock portfolio. You will also provide strong leadership to our dedicated staff team of six.
The successful candidate will have:
- a detailed understanding of the current challenges facing the housing sector in London and South East England,
- staff management experience,
- experience of working with a voluntary board or management committee.
Experience of working in the temporary housing sector would be desirable, but is not essential.
