Argyle Street Housing Co-op is looking for a Housing Co-ordinator

Argyle Street Housing Co-op is a thriving tenant-managed housing co-operative established in Cambridge 20 years ago. We are currently seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and self-motivated person to provide administrative support to our Management Committee and 85 members.
As Housing Co-ordinator your responsibilities will include drafting and monitoring budgets, reviewing and formulating policies and organising maintenance projects to our 22 properties. You will be IT literate with previous experience of working within a housing capacity. This is a full-time post of 35 hours per week, including one evening every fortnight.
