Introduction
Following the release of "Taking Control in your community" at last year's conference the CCH has embarked on a project of dissemination. Further, the CCH has played an active role in the development of the housing corporation's new "involvement policy". The last year has seen the first "community gateway" stock transfer begin to take shape in Preston with others being lined up.
Following on from these successes the next year will see the CCH's new business plan unfold and the start of the work of Co-operatives UK's co-op housing group. This year's conference promises the opportunity for all delegates to help shape the agenda of these new projects.
