CCH Bulletin Summer 2000
AGM elections
The CCH held its Annual General Meeting on 15th April at Brent Community Housing. The meeting was well attended and the following were elected as General Council members for the next year.
London

Further members
There are still vacancies on the General Council. These are: South East (3), South West (3), East (1), East Midlands (3) and North East (1). If you are from a co-op in any of these regions and wish to represent that region please come to the next General Council meeting which will be held on Saturday 10th June at Homes for Change (Manchester).
The General Council also has positions for 2 special interest federations:
- ATIC: Dilys Fletcher
- NHF: Vacant
The General Council elected Robin Francis, Phil Beardmore and Philippa O'Neill as co-opted members.
Officers
The following were then elected:
- Company Secretary: Margaret Jones
- Treasurer: Viv Harrison
- General Council Chair: Blase Lambert
Nic Bliss, Blase Lambert, Ruth Wilson were elected to the National Housing Federation's Co-ops and Resident Control Group in CCH's first contested election with 5 delegates standing for the 3 positions.
Charlie Baker was elected as the UKCC representative and Nic Bliss as the ATIC representative.
Subgroups
Finally, the CCH sub-groups were elected. The membership of each is:
- Research & Policy: Charlie Baker, Phil Beardmore, Nic Bliss, Blase Lambert, David Rodgers.
- Finance & Membership: Frank Burns, Viv Harrison, Margaret Jones, Philippa O'Neill, Mick O'Sullivan, Phil Ward.
- Publicity & Information: Charlie Baker, Viv Harrison, Ruth Wilson.
- Worker Support Group: Nic Bliss, Bernie Callan, Robin Francis, Margaret Jones, Blase Lambert, Jane Wilson.
